The national standard bellows globe valve is suitable for the pipeline with nominal pressure PN1.6~4.0 MPa and working temperature - 29~425 degree C in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, power industry and other working conditions, to cut off or connect the regulating pipeline medium.

GB BELLOWS GLOBE VALVE

Bellows globe valve is also called bellows sealing globe valve, through automatic rolling welding, a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, to ensure the design of stem zero leakage. The bellows globe valve is constructed with bellows inside. The lower end of stainless steel bellows is welded to the stem to prevent the process fluid from eroding the stem. The other end is placed between the valve body and the valve cover to form a static seal. Dual seal design can avoid leakage if the bellows fail to fill the stem, and the bellows are welded to the stem to maintain stable operation performance and avoid vibration of the stem caused by valve plug vibration. Most suitable for steam, flammable, explosive, heat conducting oil, high purity, toxic and other media on the pipeline.
